Welcome reception and concert, 11th September

There will be cocktails at the foyer of Cemil Bilsel Hall from 19.30 hrs, followed by a concert of Turkish classical music and folk music from Anatolia and the Turkic world. The event is free to all delegates who have registered for this date.

 

IASA-ICTMD dinner and boat tour, 14th September

The IASA-ICTMD dinner will be held on the evening of 14th September onboard a boat tour of the Bosphorus. The evening will start at 18.00-19.00 hrs and end at about 23.00 hrs. Tickets must be purchased in advance when registering for the conference, no later than 8th September.

The price per person of 40 Euros covers the boat trip on the Bosphorus and dinner with drinks. A vegetarian option will be available.

Buses will take guests from the university rectory at 17:30, right after the Closing Plenary session. Guests who travel independently should be at the Kabatas port by 18:30. The port can be reached via the tramline T1 that passes in front of the conference venue.
