Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi yapısında 1962 yılında kurulan film arşivi zaman içerisinde gelişerek Prof. Sami Şekeroğlu Sinema TV Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi dönüşmüştür. 120 bin kutudan ve 100’e yakın sinema endüstri malzemesinden oluşan arşivin yeniden tasarlanma ve uluslararası standartlarda yeni binasının inşa süreci bu sergi kapsamında uzmanlar ile buluşuyor.
The film archive established in the structure of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 1962 has evolved over time and transformed into the Prof. Sami Şekeroğlu Cinema and TV Research and Application Center. The process of redesigning the archive, which consists of over 120 thousand boxes and nearly 100 cinema industry materials, and the construction of its new building according to modern standards, will be explored in this exhibition through interactions with experts.

The Soundsslike archive is created under a research project titled The Soundscape of Istanbul conducted by Pınar Çevikayak Yelmi. In this project, an interactive platform was developed in which anyone can record and upload sounds. The main aim of the project is to raise public awareness of urban and cultural sounds and to protect these sounds as a collective work.
